Greetings from Laurel Lake Hi Kaitlynn,
Love reading your blog. It's so good to hear that you are having a great time. I've been in Paris and we drove from France to Switzerland so I got to see some of the country. You'll be speaking French like a pro by the time you come home. Being away from Mom and Dad does tend to grow you up a lot. The leaves here are almost at their peak so you know how pretty it is. Ken and Amy are moved into their new house. The kids seem to be enjoying school a lot. Thanks for the e-mail.
Love,

Greetings from Laurel Lake Hi Kaitlynn,
I've been enjoying your blog. It sounds as though you are settling in pretty well. I'm sure it's hard with the language barrier but also nice that the kids are so friendly and helpful. Your grandmother's funeral was special and I understand they are sending a tape of it to you. We can't wish her back as she suffered a lot in these last months and we knew she couldn't get better. I'm sure she's enjoying heaven right now and we know that we will see her again one day. Your grandpa put her Bible in the casket and her hand was resting on it. I thought that was so special. I had never seen that done before. Make the most of your time in France and enjoy the experience.

Im Praying For You i wanna let you know that one passing away is just a step in a persons life. a life in not anything that should be held close dear. im shure she knew that and well im telling you that yes she is in heaven and that this "life" is but a miniscule amount of our life on this horrible place we call earth but after we have left these decrepit bodies of ours we shall have a new body ones that will never know pain in heaven and one day we shall be there aswell. do not cry for ones passing evn tho i am a hypocrite for saying so i just want to give you advice to help you thru this. if you ever wanna talk to me just email or possibly call me :]
In Love,
Shawn
