So I am going to give a brief write up just to try and get the hang of this. My bud's & their wives decided the weather had kept us long enough for the weekend so off to New Orleans, hence forth will be known as NOLA, to visit the ships in port for Navy week. Even though it was a bit windy on the river the weather was absolutely perfect for a day in the city. We were able to visit (2) of the tall ships in port as well as two frigates from Canada & the UK. The tall ships were very, interesting and both crews were very friendly and helpful. We even got to try a couple kinds of beers from Ecuador they were pretty good!
