I love reading your news - keep them coming. Sounds like you are having much more fun that recruiting grads for 2007 campaign ! - continue to enjoy yourselves x
Envious Ok, you may not have heard a lot from me but I am keeping an eye on what you are doing. Sounds great but have to read it on a good day so I don't slash my wrists in envy! Keep well and see you soon?
It's a tough life !! Guys - sounds like you are having an amazing time - good for you. Life at BT continues in its usual hectic pace and the grads are settling in well. Tomorrow I am off to Edinburgh to do a recruitment fair - so fingers crossed will find some good suitable candidates !
Greetings Just been looking at your blog - sounds like you've had a great time so far what with riding ladyboys and singing with elephants...........
I'm sure you'll have a great time in Oz - having been there for the first time in Feb, I can recommend getting round Sydney via the harbour taxis - the only way to see the sites. The Aquarium is very impressive especially the massive tank that you walk under to view the sharks swimming above you. Watch out for stingrays though - dangerous little critters apparently. Try getting to Newcastle to do the wine route (does Jo still drink that stuff??!!) and check the seas for jellyfish. The bluebottles just give you a sting but there's a little Japanese sounding one the size of a fingernail that kills you! It might be out of season now but I had to wear an all-in-one body suit - hey - stop that Ralph - you're not back with the ladyboys now you know.........
We're doing fine, thanks for checking in Hi Ceinwen
Jo and I are doing fine (sorry that we haven't finished our next blog to update everyone). We're actually in Sidney as we write, having landed in yesterday morning to great weather and Western accomodation (a major relief after some of the Laos "experiences").
How are you both? Hopefully all is well and the house is behaving, so to speak!
Love Ralph and Jo
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! This is a classic. Ralph - knowing you as I do, I am laughing hysterically at the thought of you spending time with a ladyboy! Definitely widening those horizons, I have to say... It's 30 degrees in London today, so at least I don't have to be jealous of the sunshine. But still. Stuck in the office. Grrrr.
too much information... Ralph/Jo
Needless to say I am hugely relieved that you both arrived safe and well. I will, of course, forward the good news on to both sets of parents but as you imagine, darling brother, reading your email was done with a winced eye....as an experienced ex sales and marketing director, you forgot the number rule...know who your target audience is...far too much information for a sibling to digest!!!
Much love, look after eachother xx
Wish you were here?! My sympathies guys, looks shocking, so sorry for you! I would love to attach a picture of the view from my flat (Vauxhall bus station) but I don't want to make you too homesick.
I've had a fantastic week, had all 4 wisdom teeth removed on Monday, finally managed to eat a biscuit TODAY, I look like a hamster, it's all good!!
Keep your respective chins up, I'm sure things will get better...!
Love Rach
Grads Hi Jo - all 25 grads turned up and 4 days later are still here ! I am exhausted but smiling on (with gritted teeth !!) Sounds like you are having a fab time, enjoy yourselves and I hope the sun continues to shine and the beer remains cold - take care - Adele x
After one year of marraige we thought it was time for a second honeymoon and have quit our jobs and are headed off into the sunset......well for 3 months anyway!!
This blog is our way of keeping all our friends and family updated with our adventures.
