What about me? Is the writing so good that you assume that it can't be me???? We are seeing Aileen again in late Dec on the way back so we'll pass on the love. Hope you all well, pls send Dad my best.
Glad you are back on your travels and the blogs have began again! Wow, Aunty Aileen, I remember when she came across to visit...must be a few years ago now...how the time flies! A bit too late to send my love but hey ho. Marvellous writing Lisa, thankyou for keeping us entertained. Anna x

Well done trip - coming from a NYer You all did such a wonderful job of describing your Lady Liberty visit! Love the shots of the Bull on Wall St.
The kind of detail you went into is what I'm putting on my website (make a reservation, Museum first, then climb, the blow of air and don't lose your ticket!)
You write so well and your photos are great - I'd love if you did your own page on my site, http://www.nycinsiderguide.com.

Wow! Hey guys, sounds like you're having a great time. Can only comment about NYC as we haven't been to Boston etc, but we had an amazing time there. Totally different time of year to you though, there was snow on the ground and it was truly freezing (colder than Antarctica!) in January, but New Yorkers say that you should visit in each season as you'll have a different experience in each. You say you're not sure whether you love it yet, but Rich (who doesn't like cities much at all) thought it was the best!! I agree with Anna, the Staten Island Ferry, a definite must, and I would say go ice-skating in Central Park........wrong time of year eh??!! Anyway, am living your dream through your blog and wish we were back on our travels too.........
Hi All.
Fed up with working all the hours only for the taxman to take most of it away so we have decided to do what we have always dreamed about and take off round the world. We are currently planning our trip and have been inspired by all the great bloggs on here, thanks.
We are looking to leave in Sept 2009 and travel first to the USA. I have visited many times but mainly for work, now is the time to see it for real.
Then onto New Zealand to meet family, some for the first time, and see that beautiful country. Next Australia to catch up with some 'old' friends - Diane and Richard ... full info
