...walk for life, along. I have experienced the happy moments of this wonderful walk in 2007, and it has rendered me a vision in life. Standing anywhere on the Himalayas (need not be the Everest peek) gives a feeling that nature is too kind to us in many ways than we can ever imagine. My ego crumbled before those giant mountains and āIā had a realization. Foundation of objectivism and socialism on which humans have erected the values of life and its purpose seems insignificant. An anti-gravity force is available and is in existence to remove these foundations and make life simpler and happier. And it is this experience which I gained through the walk. The beautiful scene along the travel, spiritual experience from the religious temples and outside, dangerous yet trivial landslides, delicious food and a wonderful company of friends has imprinted in my mind. I wish all to attain such a great travel.

I am a teacher and social activist engaged in searching for alternatives. I have been walking in the Himalayas for at least two months every year over a period of seventeen years. I have led several walks accompanied by students, teachers, peace and social activists from different parts of the world. I do this to raise awareness of deep ecology, to experience the spirit of rivers and mountains and to advocate the need education of the poor and underprivileged children all over the world.... full info
