Surf's Up at Avoca Hey guys, congratualtions on what sounds like 2 days of very successful training with the Thai peolpe.
Yesterday Anita published our Blog site publically and we now have a lot of people and organisations through Australian Surf Life Saving watching your trip with interest.
Hopefully by now the daily Telegraph will have caught up with one of you for an article in the local papers.
The sun shone brightly over our beautiful beach today and had the whole of Avoca out watching the 8 foot waves off the point with only a brave few taking the plunge to impress us all.
keep up the good work team and hi to Mel and Coxy - hope your journey was trouble free.

Keep up the good work Dear Avoca Crew,
We have just been given your blog site from Branch Office. Umina members would like to take this oportunity in commending you all for the hard work you are dedicating to helping the Thai Lifeguards and families. I will forward this information onto our members to make them aware of what you guys are doing. Cheers from cold and wet Central Coast.
Hi to Craig and the team Hi Craigie, little bother!
Love to see you working hard and doing such a great job. You are working hard, aren't you? The site is a great way to let us know how the project is going. Good luck and enjoy wonderful Thailand. PS we are enjoying wonderful Yamba too! Love Deb and the Farrells
Hello from Avoca Hey team - great to hear from you, sounds like everything is going well - we are really jealous and wish we could all be over there with you.
Surf at Avoca has dropped from an huge southerly swell with great tow ins at North Avoca several days ago to a flat, rain drenched cold afternoon today (Sunday 8th). Sounds like you have been getting a taste of some Thai surf - how is the foot Parkesy?
Adrian wishes he was over in Thailand to watch the Asian Football cup - shame to see the stadia so empty over there.
Keep the good news flowing!
