My first blog entry ever --> The flight to New Delhi was long and tiring. Final leg was full. Got kicked a lot by a 2 year old. I wouldn't have minded except for that rare headache. Believe it or not, reading the latest economist, Harvard Business Review and The New Yorker actually helped 😊 The front cover of the economist is hilarious (
The Economist Front Cover ). And HBR articles are still as interesting as it was when I was in B-School. The New Yorker special edition on cartoons of the year is a bit like reading Far Side.
The route -->
Sacramento -> Minneapolis -> Paris -> New Delhi . Starting 4:45AM 1/30/2011 Pacific Standard time to 3AM 2/1/2011 Indian Standard Time . 33:15 hours door to door. Note to myself to check my itinerary more closely while booking, next time
My first day of vacation and I am already feeling the need to exercise with all the overfeeding and sleeping. Mom's food is as delicious as always. Hope to get over the lag to enjoy it more.
Hope this log gets more exciting soon.
Oh and start counting. Hot Chocolate #1 was consumed at Paris airport during the layover 😊 Fellow climbers would understand why that is so AWESOME 😊
