As we awoke, it was time to dash to the airport for our flight to Laos. On arrival, we hired the limosine service to take us to the Phousi Hotel. Although we didn’t get the family suite, we felt secure. We headed out for lunch then on to the waterfalls. This proved to be quite a bit of fun as the Lao New Year celebrations were about to begin. Part of the celebration involves water. Basically drenching anyone dry. Or wet as it turns out. It basically turns it to a watergun and bucket drenching affair. The TadSi waterfalls were amazing. It was jumping off the smaller falls, rope swings, and tons of fun.
