We were planning on doing some laundry then heading into Phon Thong this morning but we wake to returned rain. Apparently it is forecast for the next three days ... deep joy. Guess Jai will be doing a ot of gardening after I leave.
Laundry is done anyway and is hanging on long bamboo canes in the lounge.
Looks like being a heavy reading day.
The rain doesnt let up all day and after lunch it is joined by strong winds. A quick look into the back garden I notice that one of our bigger papaya trees has blown over complete with all the fruit.
About 16:00 I paddle down the road under a brolly to phone home.
Jai is having problems getting used to the spicy food etc and has to have a quick visit to the Doctor's opposite this evening. She returns with five bags of assorted coloured tablets.
