Into Phon Thong for the internet this morning and spend some time looking at Vientiane hotels. For some reason since we were last there in 2009 prices seem to have increased quite a bit. Almost double the rate you would pay for similar accomodation in Bangkok. A lot of places dont look too good or have bad write-ups on TripAdvisor etc. Planning on leaving here on 14 Dec so will need to sort out something shortly as a lot of the hotels I have looked at are already full.
Back at the house I do a little work in the garden and Jai plants some more onions and transplants some of the cabbage that are growing well.
