Bad leaks and good leeks

If yesterday was a bad leak day then todat is a good leek day. The leeks in thegarden have come on no end in the last couple of weeks and even if they do need another month to bulk up we pick our first ones today. Jai made a thick soup and baked some bread to go with it for lunch.
More adverts here have caught my eye. Chelsea FC are advertising Singha Beer on Thai TV at the moment - or at least John Terry and Ashley Cole. With the beer logo next to the club crest and the caption; "Two lions, same pride". Clever use of the word 'pride' cant have been thought up over here for sure. In Thai the number 5 is pronounced 'ha'. An advert on the local radio station at the moment includes a phone number which concludes with '555' - 'ha, ha, ha'. Guess you have to hear it but it amuses me every time.
