Another day in the bar

Go for a long walk this morning to visit old friends Sid and Pirng but neither of them were around. Stopped at both of the Penguin Tour offices on our way back but Lilly also was nowhere to be found. A long walk for nothing. Upon arrival back at guest house we phone Lilly and she comes to see us and is happy to take on the job of getting us some bus tickets out of Chiangmai for next week so we leave her to it. We go to Sugar Bar in the afternoon for a beer with Dave and Cecil whilst the girls played cards again. Later Dave and myself, neither of whom particularly like this bar, left for a walk along Loi Kroh and stopped at the Old Boar for a couple of beers with Andy and Scott. Lilly phones me whilst at the bar and luckily her office isnearly next door so I go to collect our bus tickets and unfortunately pay her for them. Return to Sugar Bar for the night. Stop of at Jackies Bar on the way home but it is empty so we dont stay but head back to bed.
