On the road again ... already

Only just seem to have arrived here and tonight we are off to Bangkok.
Bike into Phon Thong to check internet and pleased to see Gloucs win by 60 against Bayonne. Go to an ATM to get some cash for Jai's sister, Begat, who is always amazed that I can remember her PIN; 1-2-3-4 !!
It is a lovely day by the time I am riding back to the village.
Jai is having a day off from her mat making but is at a loss to think of something else to do to fill the time. She decides to cut up some purplish stuff, obviously a large root but dont know what exactly it is, that we eat boiled with coconut milk for puddings sometimes. Really nice.
Pack a bag and we leave Khamnadie just before 18:00. It is a little early but we want to get into town before it gets dark as the road is bad enough in daylight. I drop Jai off at the bus station with our bags then go park up the bike at a friends house and walk back across town. Then have about 1 1/2 hours to wait before the bus leaves.
