Vending Is King
You can get anything from these things Osaka day 2.
We were up bright and early and decided to head out to the Umeda Sky Building and its Floating Sky Observatory.
The Sky Building stands 38 stories high and a lovely ride in a glass lift takes you up to the 35th floor. This was nothing for my fear of heights once we saw that to get to the top you have to take an escalator which projects outside the building and is enclosed in a glass tube! Once that ride of dread was over there is a good observation deck which is outside but not close to the edge and we got some great views of the city, but it was very smoggy so I won’t bother with any pictures on here.
The escalator back down was even worse. I was just glad we didn’t get a 6.7 on the richter scale while we were up there.
After this hellish ride we decided that we would leave Osaka earlier than planned and catch the Bullet train to Hiroshima.
The train was a really comfortable ride and it ran like lightning. In no time we were in Hiroshima.

having fun
How many miles have you walked? did you stop for food? What do you think of the crowds and noise and in your faceness? Are the hotels comfy? Great photos of the escalators - rather you than me especially if the view not good. Keep blogging love D
