Today was interesting. They close everything down at 10PM here in the Tibetan colony. When I awoke, there were a couple of public announcements over the intercom in the street, one in Hindi then one in Tibetan. Everything was closed, and the gate in our building remained closed. Reminds me of the flag above our building, and it's just a statement of the will of the Tibetan people here. Their spirit cannot be conquered. They can be displaced physically, but their spirit lives on.

Wrathful guise Buddha protector deity. I don't know who this one, I don't know of any protector deities of the Amoghasiddhi dyani Buddha family. Not to say there aren't any, I'm sure there are. Just due to my limited ignorance of such things, I don't yet know.

It amazes me how small these laborers are, and what rudimentary tools they use, but they get the job done!

This was an interesting cat, interesting coloring. He had a really interesting face I wasn't able to capture. He followed me for a couple of blocks after I spoke to him and said some blessing mantras.
