Sculpture in Time????

When at Fusi Miao, Confucius Temple... and it is freezing cold and you need to warm up find a groove little place called "Sculpting in Time" Sounds a little random... but it's really cool.


There is so much semi normal stuff... Pasta, pizza, sandwiches even curries.
It is a little heaven... When you need to escape all things China.... Just sometimes.

As we were walking back to the metro we walked down a little street.
In the middle of the road we saw a stand of sausages drying out....
In the MIDDLE of the road.
People where walking past.....
Bikes and motor scooters where whizzing past....
Even cars drove past...


Occupational Health and Safety..... anyone?

Controlled environment????... Constant temperature????...
Is that good for you??? I suppose it builds up your immune system????
