Large, bright, ornate. This family at the Uygur farm opened their home to tourists to try typical cuisine. Noodles and spicy mutton shish-ke-bab's were our favorite.

Natural yogurt; naan bread; fresh fruit; rice topped with raisin, beef and dates; lamb kebabs; noodles with potato, lamb, and peppers; hot sugar/raisin/nut filled pastry; and Uygur tea. Flavors we've only experienced in this special region. Our stomachs were bulging!
