In 2006, our family began what we thought was a 3 year adventure of living and traveling in China. But like Gilligan, our 3 year tour turned into something much longer and deeper than we expected. The baker shapes the dough, stamps a design on top, sprinkles onion and spices on top, then, using a towel covered naan pillow, whops them to the inside wall of the fiery hot tandoori oven to bake a bit.

Backing off this crude trailer, the cow scrapes his belly and makes a rather clumsy landing. At market, this farmer can hope to earn 5000rmb ($730) for each cow.
