Yesterday, Shirley--one of my highschool friends--arrived in Shanghai to start a 1-week tour around China!!!! It was so nice to see a familiar face and to catch up. :) I met up with Shirley near her hotel (which was rather far away...but now I can say I've been to the NE area of Shanghai---hehe). She walked on her own from her hotel to the closest subway station, which I think was very brave of her especially since this is her first time in China. Anyway, we ended up going to a korean restaurant. Their menu was huge...and as Shirley noted & recorded with her camera, there was a lot of meat on the menu.
