Yesterday was great, today is wonderful...tomorrow will be even better...

So the last three weeks are back to school for Leslie...and we would think maybe less travelling. Well, we
were in Saigon last week-end, this week-end in Xian, next relaxing in Shanghai...and then it's off again
to the Maldives.

On Friday afternoon after school it was Zoe's birthday party...and Leslie had really great fun with all
his friends. From there it was straight to home to pack and off to the airport. We made it in our
hotel room by 1am in Xian. With Leslie sleeping properly 5 minutes after he board the plane...as usual.

So today is Saturday, and we went to the Qin Terra-Cotta Warriors. Wonderful weather...nice knowing it
was raining in Shanghai. I had heard mix review about the warriors. But hey, if you live in Shanghai,
have kids, this is a great experience...just jump on a plane next friday.

Get a taxi from the hotel...easy job, a guide at the entry...other easy job and great idea...and spent
nearly three hours enjoying the Warriors. And yes, it is quite amazing!

After that, we headed back to the city for lunch, and a visit to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower as well as
the South Gate and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Finishing our day with a dip in the swimming pool, well
deserved for little Leslie legs...and mine by the way....

I think the pictures will be self explenatory of our days...just one or 2 things, the warriors date from around
250BC...so more than two thousands years old.....and an incredible thing that I didn't know, they were only
found for the first time in 1974! Amazing!

For those who haven't heard for me the last few weeks...life has changed a little...big smile...and I would
like to quote these few words from a wonderful person....It is very nice to know every day something new
about you -I am like a explorator of a fantastic place full of life...sorry, wanting to share this beautiful
few words. You understand my smile, I'm not used to be so lucky!...and happy!...She is amazing!

See you in three weeks for our next entry...from the Maldives!

You live only once, enjoy!
