Thanks to Anthony Bourdain, we stopped by the Beijing Noodle Loft for dinner. They sling out one long noodle for the whole bowl. Video does this more justice. Food was good, fun stop. Kids like it. This also gave Kent a chance to stomach some stomach (sheep).

After three trips back to China for business, we've come to a point where it's time to take our children back to see where Mom is from...This blog will detail our route and adventures during our trip to Shanghai, Xian, Beijing, and Hangzhou.
