We all step back to allow these parents get back to the roost to feed their chicks.

Leopard Seal

Rare to see, we were lucky to get up close by zodiac, to see it´s enormous head. Feeds on krill and penguins. And possibly crabbeater seals.

We had full on days! Adventure and fun abound! Dave was in charge of the campers. A one night of camping in bivy sacs or swags for the experience. They left nothing but footprints... food was not allowed.

One of Dave´s roles was to make up a route of our expedition for keepsake. Each expedition differs from the other due to weather or ice conditions.

Your Poem is Dill-ightful ! :)
