Uganda is a country in poverty with a dictator Idi Amin. Health and disease are problems in the country. There is almost no access to a doctor. The hospitals are so crowded that people rarely get admitted to them. To get an abortion a woman had to go to a village doctor because the hospital was so fun. But health and disease are not the only reasons why Uganda is in poverty. The bad government also keeps the country in poverty. The dictator Idi Amin uses violence to stay in power. With this violence he keeps control of all the people, they have no freedom. And if anyone does or says anything against him, he kills them off. But that is not all the fear does. The people fear stops the country from improving. The dictator’s priority is to stay in power, not to fix the economy. Striking fear into the people drives away talent. People that could be great doctors or architects do not have the freedom to do anything because the ruler does not allow them to prosper.
