In about april/may next year my mates and I will depart from australia to fiji as a part of our trip around the world, then from fiji, we want to head to the usa. Soooo...what are the different ways to cross the pacific for backpackers?

look at sta travel/trailfinders for good round the world tickets - giving you several options for stop overs and bringing you home at the end.
