Hi folks
Does anyone know of a good airline or search engine to get cheap flights from the UK to San Francisco??
I will be travelling in July this year (peak times I know - but fits round uni!)
Many thanks.
Reply to this hi!
cheapflights.co.uk has some good deals for LA starting from £300
dealchecker.co.uk offers almost the same rates....
goodluck!
Reply to this I have done alot of research on Asia Cheapest flights & travel for my website. I use Sidestep for flights, this might not get me the cheapest flights however becuase Asia cheapest flights are on the little regional carriers like Air Asia ,Tiger Air, Cebu Pacific, China Southwestern and Virgin Blue. However for the long haul international flights, sidestep is allways going to get you into the cheaper flights becuase they look at many different airlines at the same time, over 200 sites. Once I find a flight that looks like it will work, I go direct to the airlines website to see if they have any internet specials.
Priceline, Orbitz, Expedia & Travelocity all post the same rates it seems like.
For hotels I use hotels combined again they search lots of different booking eninges and then you chose the best. I allways try to find a link to the hotel website and again check to see if they have internet specials and it doesn't hurt to send them a email and ask for a discount, right now everyone wants to put heads in beds and they will many times deal.
Good luck See you on the road again in April!
Reply to this Hi All, I am new comer to the travel blog. I know that AirAsia is now promoting Kuala Lumpur - Manado - Kuala Lumpur offering lowest rate you can get. Check out their promo in www.airasia.com. What to do in Manado? the beach in the islands of Lembeh, Bangka, Siladen and many more neighboring islands. Sun Bathing, Diving, Snorkeling, Island and Volcano Tracking, Bird Watching. The underwater park is most beautiful, as well as the underwater volcano. I'd love to discuss more for any information and questions you may have//ito
Reply to this From an Australian point of view:
Best Flights
Jetabroad
Some others do have cheaper flights on an irregular basis, but these two tend to have more of them. The other bonus is that they offer flight bookings on journeys from any part of the world, and not just those departing from Australia.
Reply to this One good site that stands as one of the most consumer-appreciated travel websites:
FlightNetwork.com
This site keeps around 2 m rates updated and offer highly cheapest rates that I have ever seen as they have deals with some of the finest airlines of the world.
Reply to this I know it's probably way too late for this response, but maybe it will help someone else. I've had luck with opodo.de. It also depends on your destination. Give it a try.
Love,
Jimmy
Reply to this I saw those flights to Manado and i was impressed Air Asia was almost half off I always wanted to go there and scuba dive and I will be there in May it is looking like. Top 10 dive sites Manado is always on the list for Paligics and macro. use to be 3 expensive flights to get there I was told.
I am like so there ! 10 to 12 weeks left in USA, in Aspen , with little snow, cruel and unusual punishment to be sure!
Reply to this You can find cheap second-hand flights at www.jumpflight.com - you can also post and sell your own (unwanted) flights there.
Reply to this One place that wasn't mentioned was travelblog.org/ I guess that is why we are all here looking for the cheapest flights we can get.
