Reply to this I plan to fly to Riyadh in 2025 with bonus miles for a 1-week stay and look forward to do this. The subway system in that city should be operational in 2024 and save a lot of money compared to taxis. I assume it will be ultra-modern and ultra-clean. Just the new highspeed-railway across the country to Jeddah or the smaller Gulf states will be still under construction and in 2030 there should be the worldwide EXPO in the country (which will probably drive up hotel costs at that time).
