For anyone looking to book flights to KL from the UK, Air Asia have today announced their KL - Stanstead route. The first flight departs London on 11th March, prices start from as little as £278 return!!!! Extra's like food and baggage cost a bit more but even with added extras it's a cheap way of getting to Malaysia from London. Tickets are on sale now from Air Asia website. Reply to this

Hello Barry and Bev 😊

What a good idea! A cheap flight report thread. That will cut down on a lot of searching for some of us.

I just bought a return flight to Mumbai India from Munich Germany for next May for 476.65 Euros including taxes. I searched through March, April and May and May produced the cheapest results with the one I bought being the cheapest. I bought it using billigfluege.de

If you can make the booking in German, it is cheaper. If I booked it in English it would have been 485 Euros.

Hey, I'm new to the site. But, I noticed this thread and thought I'd throw in my 2 cents. Right now Continental Airlines has very inexpensive flights to Central America from the West Coast of America. 2 weeks ago I bought a roundtrip ticket from Seattle to Belize City for March '09 for only $470 including taxes. I saw some dates for as low as $360 after taxes! Not a bad deal at all. Reply to this

Hi every1,

if you need need to find cheap flights or hotels all over the world, you should try momondo. I go back and forth between Denmark and Italy and Belgium and just got tickets for approx. $200 at Xmas and New years, and so far this was the best option for me. I haven´t tried Asia yet, but I´m sure there are some good options.

hope this was helpful.

It was the price for 3 one way tickets, from Copenhagen to Brussels, from Brussels to Rome and from Rome back to Copenhagen. Reply to this

Any suggestions on when the best time to purchase fares from San Francisco to Hong Kong? We don't travel until June '09 but not sure when we should get our tix. Right now, best NS prices are on Singapore airlines (1227 inclusive) and Cathay pacific (slightly higher).

Thanks! Reply to this

If it is, then id say its not a steal so you might aswell wait and keep checking for something that sounds out of this world. Youve got the time to wait and fares might come down with the economic down turn. Reply to this
