Thai Cooking Class Bangkok Yesterday I had a great time doing something that most real men don't do which is join a Thai cooking class in Bangkok. As a professional Cheap Charley I have to say that I am wowed by the cheap prices in Laos and how much it feels like Cambodia did when I first started going there in 1999. We are staying at a very nice hotel and spoiling ourselves as I could not resist the rate on this a budget accommodation in Luang Prabang. I was wondering what was happening with the prices in Asia and after a few days in Bangkok and now a month in Phnom Penh I can say that the prices are indeed coming down some what. I was interested to see how much the current state of world affairs would have on Asia during my 5 months away. The most noticeable thing would be the airfares as they have come back to reasonable levels. Well a long awaited trip back to the USa. I will be leaving Asia and will be in the USA in Aspen Colorado for the winter season. On the way I will be stopping in Inchon Korea, and then into LA for 10 days. I will be back for thanksgiving just what my diet needs! In LA I look forward to cruising around the city.
