GÜN 30 03 MART CUMARTESİ: Bugün, şaka maka seyahatimin ilk ayı doldu. Kahvaltımı yaptım .. Aynı salonda Ayşeciğim ile görüştüm. Moralim yerinde yola çıktım. Bugün, hedef, "Recoleta Mezarlığı" .. Diyeceksiniz ki başka ziyaret edecek yer bulamadın mı ? Burası Arjantin’in çok önemsediği bir yer.. Heyecanla gittim ve ummayacağınız kadar sukutu hayale uğradım.. İsterseniz önce bu mezarlığın önemine değinelim .. 1881 tarihli La Recoleta mezarlığı düşünce olarak Arjantin’in siyasetten,sahneye,bilim adamlarından,tüccarlara ,önemli asker ve bürokratlar dahil ünlüler mezarlığı.. Ben mezarlığa vardığımda, 20 ye yakın turist otobüsü vardı ve turistleri izdiham olmasın diye parti parti indiriyorlar.. GÜN 27 28 ŞUBAT ÇARŞAMBA: Kahvaltıdan sonra toparlandım .. Bu lafı çok kullandığımın farkındayım ama her halde seyahat edenin en büyük korkusu veya stresi acaba bir şeyler unuttum mu ? korkusudur. Bunu aşmak için yayılıp saçılmıyoruz ve tüm eşyayı bir merkezde toplamaya çalışıyoruz.. Ne yaparsanız yapın… korkuyu aşmak kolay değil.... Dikkat ettim, genelde kurumaya bıraktığınız şeyleri ,banyoda kullandıklarımızı,priz ve elektrikli aletleri unutma eğilimi var .. Kişisel olarak asla çekmece kullanmam ve asla yatak altına bir şey bırakmam.. Bu nedenle, seyyahın devamlı bir toparlanma etkinliği vardır.. Bizim çanta giderek şişiyor mu ne ? David here... The ferry journey from Colonia to Buenos Aires was quick, simple and comfortable. We arrived at the port and breezed through both Uruguay and Argentinian immigration. It wasn't long until we were boarding. This time not a little catamaran, but a full blown ferry capable of taking hundreds of passengers and vehicles. It did feel like every other person was a child intent on crying, whinging or sceaming, to the point that Suzanne put earplugs in. Thankfully the journey was quick, taking just over an hour, smooth and very comfortable. We picked up our bags, changed our remaining Uruguayan money for Argentinian pesos and stepped out into country number 15, and the 11th new country of the trip so far. Une nuit de bus très confortable plus tard, nous arrivons dans la capitale sous un ciel bleu et une température avoisinant les 27° qu'on avait oublié en Patagonie! On retrouve notre auberge dans San Telmo, un quartier de brocanteurs et d'artistes haut en couleurs ! On sort boire un verre et on s'aperçoit rapidement que nous sommes dans le berceau, la Mecque du Tango. Les danseurs sont nombreux, la musique est partout, les terrasses sont bondées, on mange du Bife Chorizo (une pièce de boeuf de 300 gr), BIENVENIDOS a Buenos Aires! Brenda, arranged through Tours by Locals, was waiting for us at the port terminal exit exactly as arranged. She greeted us with a smile as we recognised her from the earlier trip through to passport control - she had worked for HAL all morning but with a half hour break had eaten lunch - we hadn't had time but did not feel hungry in the heat. She took us to a waiting vehicle she'd arranged and introduced us to the driver, both were at our command for the next 4 hours.
