So finally we were our way to Queensland which is also known as the ‘sunshine state’ as it is blessed with over 300 days of sunshine a year. Queensland is such a diverse part of Australia which has the most amazing white sandy beaches, lush tropical rainforests, magnificent mountain ranges that stretch all the way to the very dry and very hot outback and then there of course the most important thing for me, the great barrier reef which is said to be the largest living organize in the world! On May 12th MC and I had our one year anniversay. We woke up to find a bouquet of flowers, a box of chocolates, and a bottle of champaign that my mom had sent to us, a nice way to start the day. We spent most of the day just relaxing around the apartment and hanging out. For dinner that night I suprised MC and took her on a dinner cruise that went through the Gold Coast cannals and out into the Pacifc along the Surfer's Paradise coastline.
