So tuesday i got up Casey dropped me off at Keith's while he went out selling house's. I chilled out at keith's for a bit until he went to work then Jeremy came round and we went for food at Cafe ole. Aright. So im chilling in Richmond today arrived last night. I got here met up with Casey and Keith and Keith/Casey's girlfriend Barbara. The train from Washington took 3 hours or two episodes of the shield and some staring out of the window. I will take you through what i got up to in Washington. Pop Up Escape #2 Now, it is time for the Pop-Up Escape #2 and we are heading out to go to Newfoundland...all last year, people said you needed to do a separate trip to that country so that it what is on the schedule. We have purchased a new electric blanket and we will need it, I'm sure. I got at 8am as i was distracted by Andi's alarm in the other room and i got showered and got my gear together and said goodbye to Andi and said my goodbyes to Myron and the two Dave's, by around 9am i got my stuff together including the pack lunch Andi had made for me and headed for the bus stop and i got the bus to main street and walked over to main street station. Sunday morning and after the beers the night before i was the only one who was initially up and i was feeling pretty tired but i had not had much sleep as Andi was in the room next door and had been entertaining her boyfriend and that woke me up and plus the moving round and different beds and i think a case of jet lag aswell as meant i have not had a good nights sleep yet and add to the equation beer which does not aid a good nights sleep. So i was up just after 9am, i was woken by Nicks girlfriends phone going off, although i was half slumbering and half awake anyway. Reached Richmond, Virginia yesterday after a 6 hour drive, which is the first time since South America I've had such a day of travelling. Still, it went by fairly quickly and we actually arrived slightly ahead of time. The hotel I'm staying in is in the centre of town (at last!) and is a restored 19th century building, so I felt pretty bad when within about 10 minutes of being there I managed to break one of the (probably antique) chairs in my room.
