The Storm
"On my way back home..."
Well... Airplane shot

Ah what a couple of days people! I can't believe it. Yesterday (Sunday), friends of Dad's family came into town... We skied with all of them except there was only one problem. There were about 7 kick ass snowboarders that I couldn't even keep up with (and those boarders who I have skied with know I can stay right on your tails!)... So, they were crazy and really really really GOOD. We headed to the edge of one cliff (the same one that my father and I, the day before, stood on and turned right around)... well, they went right over [View Full Entry]

Laura learning how to skate... funny!

Hey all! So, after a REALLY comfortable flight here... slept most of it away, I arrived to beautiful Park City. My father, his wife, Stora and their kids, Jake & Laura were here in the cumfy Mountainside Villa. Awesome. I went to bed super early to try and get some extra sleep. Woke up early, had an awesome breakfast, dropped Jake off at his less (lucky him as he landed a hot Aussi board instructor for 7 hours! ha!). Dad and I hit the slopes and it was great. After a few minutes he suggested we head "all the way up"... [View Full Entry]

Hola mis amigos y familia - I hope everyone is well Well it has been a little while since my last blog so I wanted to update everyone on what is going on out here in my neck of the woods. The season here is coming to an end quickly. I survived another PIB "invasion" - People in Black, the people who come in for the Sundance film festival ( click here for the full size pictures). This festival i only drove around a few stars: scarlet johansen, Dennis hopper, Bruce Hornsby ... none of which tipped!!! Today I am suppose [View Full Entry]

HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL!!!!!!! hey don't want to read, click here for photos / fotos well i have completed the final leg of my trip and I am back in Park city, Utah where i will work another winter at Stein Eriksen lodge. I took a greyhound bus (the last time i will do that) from Duluth Minnesota to salt lake city. The trip ended up taking about 53 hours. Not all of it was on the bus since salt lake is only about 22 hour drive from Duluth. In Kansas city , Kansas, the bus to Denver was full so [View Full Entry]

Driving across Nevada was a very boring experience for all drivers concerned - 9 hours of nothingness. It even had the cheek to rain. The endless miles of desert changed into miles of Salt plains the minute we crossed into Utah - very bizarre. Passed the site of where the land speed record is held (but even Chuck resisted the urge to upstage it!!). Park City is gorgeous - an old mining town that outstripped Heavenly by miles. Our first day saw us coming face to face with deep powder, blizzards, white outs and queues of people!!!!!!!!!!! How rude! Slept well [View Full Entry]
