Hey everyone, Thanks again to everyone who left a comment or sent an e-mail. I'm trying to respond to all of them individually but i haven't gotten around to everyone yet. Anyway i'm still mainly in the planning stage at the moment but i'll be doing stuff soon. At this point i think i'm going to be working in Edinburgh instead of Cambridge and i'll heading there early to mid march. At the moment i'm just hanging out with my Aunt, my Granny and my Aunt's dog Muffin, oh and a large dose of crappy cable shows (and the hilariously crappy Takeshi's Castle - Lise, I've recorded some episodes which i haven't watched yet and i'll bring back a tape full!). Hey everyone!! I’ve arrived in the UK and thought I’d just let you all know that I made it alive!! However it does seem that the travel gods did not want me to make it here and did everything in their power to stop me. The morning of Saturday the 17th of Feb started off with mum waking me because we’d had a power cut during the night so obviously my alarm wasn’t going to go off! Luckily Lise had noticed during the night and told mum otherwise the last minute packing might’ve happened much faster. Working hard in East Mersea from 7.15pm-9pm is not my idea of the perfect start to a Friday night! It was ok, I was kept busy and the highlight was being given a bottle of wine to take home with me. I arrived in, changed and Wayne, Lucy and I went to the town. We started in Edwards where the lovely Chris from work (aka boy) was with a couple of friends. He was very very drunk, having a great time! We had a bit of a dance and a chat - brilliant. Lucy then very cleverly spotted Katherine on the way to the loo. Thursday at work I was a bit tired, but got loads of work done as hardly anyone was in! I arrived a bit later than usual (10ish!) and left earlier than usual (4ish) but probably did more work in the time! It was the last day at the office! In the evening Wayne, Jeff, Lucy, Katherine and I all headed out to town. We went to Haha, Out of Office Hours and the Hippo. Lucy ‘hates’ hippo but due to the RnB flavour and the great company declared it a great night! The police boys from the night before joined us at Hippo and were just as much fun again.
