Looking for conference venue in London for March

Hi Guys!!
I am visiting London next month to finalize conference center for one of my conferences in the month of March. The approximate number of people attending the conference is 300. Can someone suggest some business center or hall with latest facilities for a high end conference. I will prefer hotels offering such a venue as that would help me accommodate my delegates too. I am really not sure whether you will get an accommodation for 300 people altogether. However, there are stunning options to choose from the range of luxury hotels which offer conferencing facilities too along with lodgings. One of my friends hosted a conference in one of those hotels through Grange group. Not to sure, however which one exactly. <snip>
