I am currently on a journey to France, Spain and Portugal and want to watch football streams from my home country while doing this. Here I can supply some of my experience. If you want to add information here about your favorite TV streams, please feel invited to do so.
I wanted and did watch football streams on Amazon Prime, DAZN and Sky broadcasted from Germany.
Alle 3 of them seem to be available also in other countries of the European Union without VPN. This is really great as I assume that there are more travellers inside Europe who want to be updated on sports and news while being in foreign countries.
I think I also heard the the EU has implemented this policy, that EU travellers should be able to see there home TV streams throuout the Union.
With news of german ZDF I need a VPN session for live shows and no VPN for recorded shows.
With news of german ARD it works without VPN.
