Back in Feb, 2009, my wife and I visited Ribe, Denmark. We drove from Soest, Germany (near Dortmond). We got on highway 2 and when we got to Hanover we got on highway 7 all the way to Demark. It was about 5 hour journey from Soest to Ribe. The weather was not too kind to us during the entire journey. There were times that the speed limit went from 120, 100, and all the way to 80 km. Since, it was my first road trip in Europe, it was a definitely from driving in the States. Frist, there was no toll booth, which means no stop on the highway.
