Praha The Anger Scale (Kicking Churches) Prague started bad. Actually to say it started bad is somewhat of an understatement. The way Prague started was like a patient coming into the E.R. with a shotgun wound to the face, aids, and he just stepped on a land mine that turned his legs into hamburger meat. We were given directions from the wrong train station and we had no clue how to get to the right station. Our train dropped us off about a mile outside of the city limits. Anger Level 5 After avoiding getting on two wrong trams and freezing [View Full Entry]

Giggle Fight in Prague I’m starting a new boy band. The cycle should be picking back up in about a year so we have plenty of time to prepare. The band’s name will be Giggle Fight, which is kind of a take on Britt’s punk rock band, “Rock Fight.” Here is the member list. Louie- The minority Chris Ganz -The Bad Boy Brian Tatko -The devastatingly handsome one with no talent Cory- The buff one who only sleeps with the fat fans Bob- The baby face and only one with a chance at a solo career The Upside of Prague Once [View Full Entry]

The Color Purple I don’t know what day and time it is. My laptop for some odd reason is continually resetting itself to January 1st, 1970 2:54am. Just in case anyone was interested, that’s a Monday. Unlike Bill Murray’s version of Groundhog’s Day, my day doesn’t repeat, I don’t get to sleep with a bunch or random women or cheat death, it’s just the same date and time over and over. Normally I’d blame some sort of internet porn virus, but I still can’t figure out how to erase the history on Mac computers, so I haven’t been &ldqu [View Full Entry]

Moon Over Munich Europe » Germany » Bavaria » Munich
Moon Over Munich I stole the title of this blog from the Dead Kennedys song Moon Over Marin. It's a fairly good song, one of Bob's favorites, check out the lyrics before you check the song. This blog is written under extreme stress on my train ride to Vienna. I’ve quit taking a dump on trains. The last two times I tried to crap on the train the train has swerved mid log drop and the log hit my butt cheek, making wiping twice the process and extremely time consuming (I have Harry and the Henderson’s quantity of butt hair). The [View Full Entry]

Vienna First of all I must give Austria its cake and let it eat it. Austria has the best non-American given name of the whole European collection. Take your pick of the lot, Lisboa, Espana, Duestchland, they’re all pretty weak, but Austria is the strong arm of European titles with, Ostereich. I have no fucking clue what it means, but it sounds like some sort of vicious predator bird that eats small human babies. Vienna is one of the birth places of classical music, especially the Waltz and Mozart is it’s king claim to fame. Everything is Mozart here. Mozart cafes, [View Full Entry]

Berlin Intro: Skip it if you're here for slapstick, read it if you're here for more It has been a long time since i was in Berlin last. About 21 years to be exact. With the Berlin wall soon to be taken down and my family lived in Germany. My father packed us all up and we headed to Berlin. Back then you got to the Russian border. Then, a swarm of Russian Military soldiers would inspect your car and take your father away. You weren't allowed to look at them, you just sat there quietly until pops came back. Land of Orange It’s funny to me that in the land of orange, they can’t grow orange trees cause it’s too cold. Another thought, what the hell does a windmill do exactly? Did the Dutch really invent the donought? Why invent the clog, when it’s the most uncomfortable shoe in the world and makes a horse hoof sound when you walk in it? Holland has explaining to do. Every one in Holland speaks English because they have no choice. Unlike Germany, Spain and France, anything that comes from the U.K. or United States is not translated to Dutch. Movies, tv shows, [View Full Entry]

Anarchy Train, Teen Wolf, and Thanksgiving We met this guy named John from Ireland at our Bruge hostel and he told me the story of, “The anarchy train.” In certain countries and certain cities/towns in Europe, during football games people were able to rally the entire town together and storm a train. They wouldn’t pay and they wouldn’t follow any of the rules of the train. They would destroy the insides of the train, go watch football and then do it all again when it was time to go home. The police couldn’t catch everybody, so there was always a chance [View Full Entry]

French Fry Wars Europe » Germany
Train Intro Upon entering German territory we encountered what I would call, a German Goon Squad. This is where a group of drug, alcohol, and criminal authoritative figures enter your train compartment and do “random” searches and questionings of people. We all know that random usually means any of the following, dark skin, male, slightly sketchy looking or carrying strange amounts of luggage. This goon squad was no different than the ones back in states, but luckily I carry with me a pale, short, smiley, redheaded teacher from the United States, so I haven’t had any tr [View Full Entry]

Lisbon (lisboa) The Portuguese 3 Keys to Eternal Happiness in Life: 1. Soccer 2. Have a good time 3. Soccer When I was a kid, I loved trains. My father bought me a train set when I was 9 and I played with it all the time. By the time I was 12 I foresaw myself being like the guy in Beatle Juice with his adult train set, but with a hotter wife than Gina Davis. Than Harry Potter movies came along and I fell in love with trains again. I’m 29 years old now….fuck trains. All of em. Every twisty, [View Full Entry]
