We were amazed this morning, Mick was reading the Herald Sun outside the Hotel while having a cigarette and the staff quickly set up a table in front of him full of food for the Monks that arrived.  He snapped a quick photo not sure if it would be aloud or disrespectful and the Monks filled there bowls they carry which is the food they are given, for the day by the people, then walked inside to the Restaurant where we have breakfast, but they were in a room separated from us and the staff were very busy making them comfortable and making sure they had everything they wanted to eat and drink.

9am we were sitting outside again and Bird turned up, pushy little guy wanting us to go with him then.  We went to the Temple high on the Mountain, a beautiful place where the Monks have a big monastery, spent some time and rang the Bells because we were close to heaven and will be protected.  I was very happy and privileged to have a Monk sell and bless the Friday Buddha for me which is the day I was born.  They are not aloud to speak

or have contact with a woman so Mick was ready to step in but this one was okay with me.

We then left the Temple and Bird dropped us at the Chiangmai Zoo which  had the biggest Aquarium I have ever been in.  We saw Pandas and I was very close to an elephant that I was given food to feed him when the tram stopped right beside him, then we went to the Aquarium taking a tram to get from one stop to another that was well worth seeing.  Bird then picked us up and took us to a Thai cafe he was well known at had lunch which was soup fried rice for me and Mick had a pork dish all for $4.  Bird then took us to the Silk Factory on our way back to the Hotel, we were wondering if we would get there, he kept passing vehicles over double lines on hair pin bends, little shit.

Tried on my clothes from the Taylor and he delivered to the Hotel at  10.30pm, really pleased with them all.
