KTV- Kelli's Birthday

It's party time. Kelli, one of the American girls was turning 40. Hey, we think we need to party!!

We had a lovely dinner at Bellini's (our local Italian place) then we piled into two cars and went off to the night club district 1912 to the KTV.


What is KTV you might be asking.... Karaoke....

We had our own little private room about as big as a normal bedroon ith a stage and it's own bathroom.
We had 3 micophones. There where 6 ladies and 4 men. 4 people from America, 2 ladies from Sweden, 2 from England, me from Australia and Luca from Italy... Now time for the song selection.
They found "O SOLO MIO" a great Italian classic... "Luca this is for you" he was told.
Up he went on the stage like a true perfomer. He sang (really badly) but he did all the actions and pulled it off pretty well. We girls sang lots of ABBA songs, and the classic "I will survive" and other girly songs. The American boys really got into the Eagle's hits, Sweet home Alabama.
It was a great night and we weren't even too drunk....
I think we are still feeling the sting from the Famous Lantini's.

Wow, the photos show you were really performing on stage well! It reminds me your 40th birthday party in your house in Adelaide some years ago. I felt I still hearing the song "we are family" that you girls sang at the time.
