Well I'm sorry it's taken such a long time to write my blog, mummy says the internet's not been working, too boring! Our last week in Australia has flown by in a blur of lunches and beaches and mountains and ice creams, and though I always have a really good memory, I am worried about forgetting some of my adventures. That's why writing my blog is important, so that even when I'm a really big girl (5 years old) I will still remember. At the farm we had two days away from the seaside, so we made up for it by playing for 2 hours straight in the sea at Shelley Beach in Manly. It was brilliant, I got lots of water in my face and didn't shout or cry, and Olivia can nearly surf!

On the next day we went with some friends to a place called Manly Dam which is like a lake, and caught lots of little fishes and I had a go on a surf board too - Mummy pulled me. Mostly though, I loved collecting the little fishes just like I collected jellyfish before. I might be a marine biologist after I've finished being a farmer. Or a fisherwoman. It did start raining for a couple of days then, too boring, it's never supposed to rain in Australia! We got very very wet one day walking back from the ferry. Mummy and me had gone to Watsons Bay where you can see out to sea one side and all the way back across the harbour to Sydney the other. We had got very wet, then had a posh seafood lunch (I ate lots of crab). But silly Mummy got the wrong ferry home and we had to walk for hours in the rain! Well actually I was quite happy sleeping in the pushchair, Mummy got soaked. When it rains in Australia, it's a bit like standing in the shower in the bathroom.

Another day we did pottery painting and I made something special for Auntie Zanna's birthday present, she's going to be so excited, maybe she can even put choooooocolate in it. Auntie Zanna loves chocolate. Auntie Freya got stuck in the rain with us too - she drive us all the way to Palm Beach where they make TV (Home and Away, ed.) but it rained so we had to come back! Then she wanted to go to the zoo but it was too wet! So we went to the aquarium, where its wet anyway so it doesn't matter. We saw more jellyfish, and manta rays, and sharks!! Mummy was scared, so I saved her by putting my hands over her eyes. She should be more brave like me. We also spent some time having nice lunches which mummy, Claire and Freya like when we are being good girls and not stealing food/ shouting/ being naughty ?. Mummy says this is being high maintenance toddlers, gobbledygook I say.

Well, enough for now but tomorrow we are going to the Blue Mountains and then CAMPING! Then not too many sleeps til home to Bosham. I do miss daddy, but also miss Molly the cat and Kevin, Daddy's friend a lot (apparently most of all ... Ed). So going home won't be so bad. Tarrah!!

We can't wait to see you!
Hello Tallulah! It sounds like you have had the best time ever! We all want to go to Australia now and see all the wondeful animals and sea creatures you've seen, swim in the blue sea and try all the new foods, like the crab, that you have tasted. Here, we have been making lots of things for Easter and baking chocolately treats. The Easter bunny hid some eggs for us in the garden at nursery and we all went on an egg hunt, following clues to find them. We did find yours hidden in the little play house and we have saved it for you to have when you come back! We are also putting real eggs into the incubator this week and hoping they will hatch into chicks in 21 days. You are such a good farmer now so you will know what to do when they hatch and be able to hold them and feed them too. Have a safe journey home. We can't wait to see you...we've missed you! Xxx
