Tranz Canada done and dusted.
The rest of the ride from Wawa down to Niagara Falls was quite uneventful as most of it was on freeways. The GPS took us on a bit of a tiki tour off the freeway at one stage through some lakes and rural roads that gave us a break from the boredom of the freeway.
We skirted around the throbbing city of Toronto to arrive at our hotel in Niagara Falls and our reunion with String.
TT and Miss Muppet also made it into town that day and we all got together in their room for our first glimpse of the thundering Niagara Falls and a fabulous dinner with views of the falls.
The following day, we were full on tourists, we walked under the falls, we looked from above and took a boat ride up to them.
They know how to get your tourist dollars but offer a good experience in return.
The following day,Bones took a flight from Buffalo to New York to meet up with Petal while String,TT,Miss Muppet and I headed further East with Twisted Throttle in our sights for the next day.
While at a rest stop, we met a fellow riding his Triumph Tiger, but we were just ready to depart so said our farewell etc and rode off.
A couple of hours later at our next rest stop, this same guy rocks up and starts chatting again and asked where we were headed, we told him we had no destination as yet for the day but wanted to go to Twisted Throttle the next day, he said he lives not far from there and we would be welcome to stay at his place in Rhode Island for the night and he would take us there the next day, this sounded like a good plan, so after introductions we followed Craig to his house.
Craig had been away for a week and had been in Niagara Falls when we were there also, so it was dial a Pizza for dinner that night.
The following day we set off for Twisted Throttle and we encouraged Craig to bring his tooth brush as it turned out he had never been to New York!!!!
We were treated really well at Twisted Throttle where I bought an aftermarket cruise control for my GS. String was still trying to find some vented riding pants that would fit him as he realised the pants he had bought with him were not suitable for these conditions.
After we had shopped, we were all given a Twisted Throttle hat and stickers for our bikes, photos taken outside and we all headed off in the direction of New York with Craig our new leader.
Next Blog will be from New York.
Cheers. Rosco.

Craig our host and guide.

Hospitality
We are continuing to enjoy these blogs Rosco. What a great bloke Craig was to be so hospitable to strangers. Then again, if you ride and meet up with other riders "that's just the way it is". That's motorcycling life for ya.
