Since we arrived in Sydney at the end of November, on any given day you can find us...

...having too much fun to keep up with blogs!
...going to the beach all the time! Clontarf if Emmi is choosing, Fairlight if we just want something close we can walk to, Manly or Freshie if we want some good waves for bodysurfing. And any other beach we feel like!
...walking to Manly from Maja and Steve's. Sometimes with Maja and SK8 if the mommas want a walk, sometimes on our own just for fun
...going to the small mall, having coffee and tagging along to Emmi's many playdates
...going to the big mall for when proper shopping needs to happen
...feeling at home hanging out with Maja, Emmi and Charlie during the day and helping out with the cooking
...on Mondays, grocery shopping with Maja and Charlie Bear
...playing with the kiddies, and being amazed at how quickly a day can fly by with them
...just enjoying not having a winter
...spending two weeks at "the resort" (ie. Robyn and Damo's awesome flat complete with huge swimming pool just off their patio)
...being put in our place by 3 and 5-year-olds
...spending a wonderful Christmas week in Canberra: building a cubby house, playing with Kanch, Ree, EDD, Lucas and Anika, and visiting the world record holding Christmas lights house!
...getting sick and visiting a doctor...multiple times
...which then involves sorting out insurance claims, which is obviously the most fun we've had
...having a great visit with old London friends in Manly
...spending the night in Singleton with Jill and her wonderful family, dinner and Christmas display at the Hunter Galley gardens
...having the Dutts down to Sydney for a fun weekend of swimming and ferry rides
...having girls' and boys' nights
...watching Emmi and Charlie grow
...heading around the corner for dinner with the Abercrombies
...going to the Central Coast for Australia Day long weekend, laughing lots and eating incredibly well
...meeting friends for lunch and dinner in the CBD
...going on fun coffee and lunch dates with Steve's Aunt Marelle
...going for a swim at Manly and an ice cream treat with a work colleague and his family as they were passing through Sydney
...Super Bowl party at Chez Abercrombie complete with American and Canadian dishes. The food was too yummy and the company too good! 😊
...just enjoying this extra special time we are so fortunate we have to spend with so many good friends

The first two months in Sydney have been WONDERFUL and we're so very fortunate to have so many amazing people here to have fun with. As this is our fourth time here, most sightseeing has been done already so our photos will be mostly of cute kids we spend our days with. :o)

Next up: a trip to New Zealand!

Cheers from the Great White North!
You both look like you're having an amazing adventure - so very happy and surrounded by tons of friends. Life in Australia looks good on ya! Do you think you'll stay there awhile? Wherever you choose next, I look forward to posts and pics. Keep good care of each other and enjoy whatever is around the next corner.
