Woke up a tiny bit hungover today, went out last night with the hostel people who are so friendly. But wanted to head to the blue mountains so got up showered and ate then left with a few girls from my room at the blue parrot they are German, Chilean, and Czech.

We took the train to Katoomba the little town where the mountains are and it took 2 hours. We sat in the quiet carriage but I don't think anyone noticed so they were chatting the whole way but I was soo embarrassed as I know how seriously they take it here because I have already been told off twice in the quiet zone! People didn't look very impressed with us.

We walked down to the mountains and took the steep mine train down to the bottom, then we walked around the trails in the jungle trees. Then we took the cable car back up to the top of the mountains and another cable car across two points so we were hanging really high up above the forest and the mountains and saw the falls. From the cable car stop we walked round to echo point where there was all round views of the mountains, it was AMAZING! And it had the best view of the three sisters too.

Back at the hostel we met two American girls called Erin and Cindy, who are lovely and we have arranged to go to Bondi beach tomorrow.

I am going out again tonight, with some English people who I have met, there is a Scottish guy called David and an English guy called Alex. The aMercian girls are leaving it till tomorrow night as they still have jet lag!

Night xx
