We arrived in Toronto this morning. The flight was only 4.5 hours from Vancouver BC and the trip was fun. We will practice today at 3pm on the race course. Toronto is nice, the hotel is great and they let us check in at 7AM!

Hope you guys really show those right coasters how it's done. When you get back, maybe you can come toast your inevitable success as we celebrate my graduation on the 19th? Living Vicariously through your adventure
You guys are ready you've done the work and now your going to walk the walk were with you in spirit if not in body. Everyone looks so fit and happy. As we're crusing down the Columbia in the Wildside relay we'll take a moment after we right the canoe to...ok after were back on dry land to send you our vibes everyone here is really supportive of your efforts!!! You represent the best paddlers and paddling Portland has to offer. Look forward to more pictures as I said living vicariously through your adventure. C.
