This will likely not the last time you see Shane in his beloved headlamp on this blog.
1. Even though I never get to see them often enough, I'm completely at home with them. And I never get told to use my "inside voice" by Shane because I am never the loudest in the room around them!

2. We are all either laughing or crying together...when one starts the rest of us start too! Thankfully it's almost always laughter!

3. They got us free tickets to a Just For Laughs magic show, which was great fun. And then Auntie Di entertained everyone once she figured out one of the card tricks!

4. Getting lost on the drive home after the magic show, which was equally entertaining! Special mention goes to two cousins, Brandon "I've got a good feeling about this way" Rae and Lindsay "I can't find my house of the map" Rae.

5. Cruise control is now forever known for us as "ze faartpilot".

6. My aunties treated us all so very kindly to a wonderful meal for my Grandmother's 80th birthday.

7. When I announced we all need to go on a trip together, within five minutes we've planned a 2015 trip to Hawaii. Can't wait!!

8. I'm now

That day we had a massive storm and my Auntie Di lost power for 4 days.
in charge of making sure the nurse and future lawyer in the family don't conspire to pull the plug early on my Auntie Di. 😊

9. The many "it's ok, you're pretty" moments.

10. No power and no air conditioning doesn't get this Family down! Maybe just a whinge or two.

11. That all the spectators at Ty and Bran's baseball game were all from our family. I felt bad for the other players who did not get wild cheers every time they went up to bat! And the other team's pitcher who hit both Rae boys really needs to watch out for Lindsay's violent side! 😊

12. Auntie Sue lives near fabulous smoked meat sandwiches and latkas, and she buys the really, really yummy bagels. Food sensitivities be damned.

13. I think it's amazing how close my whole Montreal family is and that they hang out together all the time. And that we are all there for each other through the good and the bad. I love you guys!

Great pics of everyone, but, very sad I could not have been there to join in the fun. We are a great family!
