Wow what a day!!! Yes it is Ruth again managed to get a hold of the blog! We travelled from York to Edinburgh and it was a very very long day but managed to see LOADS and even bumped into a special castle! So started with a walk along York's famous ramparts and down into the city centre. The boys headed off to the train museum (sadly Lucy and I had other things to do), lots for them to see and both happy when finished. Lucy and I decided it was important to vist a lovely tea room 'Betty's' tough but someone has to. To walk off the cakes we all headed to York Minster to walk up to the top of the tower, LOTS of stairs but well worth head. Then off to Edinburgh! On the way we drive past a familiar looking castle - check out the pic and see if you recognise it a famous young man called Harry went to school there. Arrived at a lovely B&B and check out the view from our window. Busy day ahead lots to see and do so bye for now!

Cliff we found your tower

Cliff Tower
Wow, wonder what the real estate value of my tower would be. I could have an auction and retire or go over there and be an Earl. Just call me Earl Cliff. lol
