We finally arrived in Dublin. Security was very tight at Heathrow airport. We hit Puffer machines, biometrics, sniffers. (I was worried about the sniffer, I wasn't smelling my best. Once we arrived and checked in, we went down to the docks where we visited the tall ships. In between the rin drops we witnessed the magnificance of these bygone treasures. Of course we had to eat along the way and had a pesto wrap and yellow potatoes. ( A staple} . We also sampled smoked cod. Tasted fresh. I wander if there getting this fish off the coast of Newfoundland.Hmmmmmm.

We walked the main downtown dragstrip after eats and marvelled at the different types of structures that make up this very colorful city.

Off on our tour of Ireland. First stop the oldest legal diistillery in the world.

The sniffers
Hi Walter, by the way, there will be sniffers in the Edinburgh apartment too! One is over 40, but the nose is still working pretty well. Bring butter from Ireland. It's famous. Uncle Bim

We do in fact have Irish Grandmothers, from way back, who did settle on the East Coast, so more than likely your food did come from NFLD!
