hola! ahh for the last time I guess. I am flying home today from Mexico City. The 13 hour bus ride up from the coast was no problem, I took in some quality Spanish movies and had a surprisingly good sleep. The city has been great, it´s really beautiful and not a dirty as I people have told me to expect. No problems with buses, or taxis, or hotels. I explored all around on foot, but I didn´t have the energy or ambition to go to any of the other sights on tours or anything. I think I got a good feel for the city in two days though. It´s big, and noisy, and a lot to see and take in, but I like it. I just walked around checking out all the old buildings, some ruins, and museums, did some last minute shopping, which I am still trying to do. Should I go buy cheap alcohol for all you crazy people back at home, or can I be lazy and just go to the airport now.
I did a lot of walking and I usually just wanted to chill and watch people in the zocalo in the late afternoons, but I just can´t be left alone for two seconds with out guys coming up to me and chatting me up. Even walking around the city, some guy is always trying to join me. For most of my trip I was really patient and friendly, but I am so tired of it now and I didn´t mean to be rude but I just don´t want to talk to any of them! The hotel I stayed at was a little expensive, I was paying way more for way less than most other places I have stayed. But there are tons of other travellers around and a little bar so it´s been fun here. It was fun watching the Germany vs. Italy game yesterday with all the Germans here. Hmm what else. Nothing really, I have packed my bloody backpack for the last time (woohoo), I have ate my last bags of mangoes and piña, and plates of street food (so, so cheap and yummy!), and I guess I´m outta here now, it´s been an amazing three months, it´s gone by incredibly fast, but ít´s been great just the same, I can´t wait to see my photos!! One last day of travelling and I don´t even have to take a bus...I´ll be in Comox on thursday and then down to Vic on friday so I hope I see you all soon!!

home again!
Hey hun, Well, I guess you are officially back in Victoria today. Wow, those 3 months have gone by fast. And you have done so much!! I'm jealous of how much you have been able to fit into that short a period of time. England is quite expensive and involves a lot of saving and much slower travelling. But it will happen eventually! Hope you have a blast back home!
