We all loved Darwin. The frist caravan park was really boring(only 3 bars of reception!!!!!!!!!!!!) I got my very own pet. My pet is….. a blue tongue lizard. I called him Fred. He is the best!! Everyone loves him. I have to look after him. He is my responsibility. I feed him special dog food called 4 legs. I change his water and food everyday. He likes it on my shoulder and cuddles into my neck. Other great things we saw at Darwin were all the markets, wave pool, water park that is free, museums, WW2 stuff. The parks there are amazing. Mum was really excited cause we got to meet mum’s other cousins that she has never met before. They are really nice. We played in the park at Fannie Bay. Dad and I think that is a funny name for a park. We also met some friends of mum and dad’s from Mt Isa. They live in Darwin now. We went to this restaturant right on the water called the ski club. James and I had fun playing with Tony and Devon’s kids. Adreinne came too. Mum and dad were so glad to catch up with them.

The best part was the Motts arrived. That meant I had Daniel and James to play with. We have done heaps of fun things together like swimming, riding our bikes, playing with Fred, water parks, kids club activities and heaps more. Dad and Anthony have been having fun together and so has mum and Lou. Mum and Lou have a special party light they put on. This means they are having happy hour. The two families are going to travel together around Kakadu. We can’t wait.

Bye

Billy.

Darwin
Hi Flynnies, Great to read all about your time in Darwin. Loved the photo boys of your Mum and her cousins Tina and Angela. Some years ago when Uncle Rodney and I were in Darwin with your Grandma and John Movie we had dinner with Tina and her brother David at the Ski Club. I look forward to reading about more of your great adventures travelling around Australia.
