Day 90, 10/12/11

Went to cafe this morning to work but the manager was extremely rude so I left because I just wasn't enjoying it. He said to come back tomorrow to collect my wages. He kept shouting at me everytime I did something wrong and I wasn't trained at all. Everytime I did something it seemed to be wrong and I just kept getting moaned at and told off and thought it wasn't worth me staying there. This left me jobless now.

Went to the gym to do Body Pump, went to Peter Pans to use free internet, then took a look around Federation Square, a part of Melbourne I have not visited yet. Just a few cafes and restaurants and a lot of Christmas Trees.

In the evening Stuart and Me went to play glow in the dark Golf down at the Docklands. It was an 18 hole mini golf course which glowed in the dark basically. It was great fun but unfortunatly I didn't win.

Day 91, 11/12/11

Went to Peter Pans today and looked at booking our Uluru (Ayres Rock) trip. We planned to go by train but the cheap seats were sold out so we looked at flights and they are a lot cheaper so we will get them to Alice Springs. Spend 1 night in Alice Springs, do a 3 day/2 night Ayres Rock tour and back to Alice Springs for one night before flying back to Adelaide. We then looked at a train from Adelaide to Perth which works out quite cheap and will make a nice change to flying. It takes 2 nights to get there but I think it will be something very different and I will enjoy it. These plans are pretty much set in stone, it's just a case of booking them when I get some money from home!

We went to Williamstown which is at the end of one of the train lines and it was a lovely beach - where the two locals girls took us the other day for Fish and Chips.

Went to get my money from cafe but they were closed at 6:30 when I got there, I will go again in the morning.

Sorry to hear about the loss of a job.....
Sorry to hear about the loss of a job. But having such boss is not worth the work. I am a firm believer there is a reason why sometimes jobs are lost. It is hard to find something new to occupy our time. So regardless of the money you have, why not take a day-off and avail some accommodation deal. There are a lot to go around these days. :)
